I can confirm the game renders at 16:9 forced. You CAN force the **menus** to render at your screens full resolution/aspect ratio by disabling full screen in game settings, then pressing ALT+ENTER. The menus are ultrawide, but not the actual ingame. It's also laggier.

Hmmm inaccurate. I've found out yesterday that ALT+ENTER does make the ingame ultrawide as well. It is laggier for sure, gotta lower the settings or DLSS a little bit, but definitely playable and actual 21:9.
