What setting is making the game laggy since the update?

Game ran smoothly before the update, im assuming a setting has been changed which is causing it to seem like it has motion blur.

Any ideas?

Motion blur has always been forced on.

Motion blur has always been forced on.

motion blur is the most useless graphics setting in such a game. it only belongs in racing games and NOWHERE else !!!
