gpu on 100% when playing liars bar

when playing the game even at lowest settings on my rx580, my gpu usage is always at 70-100% other people have this issue too it seems. i think its cause of he npc's in the backround. i hope this could be fixed .

I also have an RX580 8GB, but its around 60% while on the table on high 1440p resolution. It's probably a setting or a shader that is the problem i think.

You can also enable Radeon Chill for just Liars Bar in AMD Adrenaline, that lowers it even more.
