Achievements are bugged

I've completed literally every single level (all 104 of them) and the Complete 100 Levels achievement won't pop. Also, none of the 3 "Complete X minigames" achievements popped, and none of them even register any progress, they all say 0 out of X. Finally, in-game in the levels list, level 104 never is marked as completed.
