Something about character training

It is awfully grindy if you want to max out a character, so if you are a new or early player, which actually also apply on veteran, here is something

-Insight 3 for character that have it is usually a must, Insight 1 and 3 are core passive for character
-I personally recommend to stay at Level 30 of insight 3 as anything higher will need too much resources
-Resonance is also important, I recommend going for level 10, but it is also fine to stay at level 7 (breakpoint for the slot)

TL;DR;
For main dps, Insight 3 Level 30, or if it is 4 star just max it out, Resonance 10
For support, Insight 3 Level 1, Resonance 7 is good enough, if you need more tankiness or damage (sub dps)/healing(healer) from the support, just go for level 30 resonance 10

Anything beyond could save for later, if you have extra resources to spare
