Kind of Surprised by the required hardware specs they released

Apparently, nothing under a i7 coffee lake processor is considered good enough to handle this game. And as far as old video cards are concerned you'd be pushing your luck running anything less powerful than a geforce GTX 1070.

The game doesn't look like it'd be all that demanding to run though, like I'd think a i5 from the coffee lake era would be able to handle this game. I am going to try and run this game with a kaby lake i7 since my motherboard is too old to upgrade the processor any further. But apparently the devs don't think sky lake or kaby lake era cpus will be able to handle this game, I find that hard to imagine based on what i've seen in game of the alpha.

It's probably running on the latest cringe shutter engine5. That engine tends to be demanding.
