First of all, i recommend to don't do the pink conversations until the end (when Julietta tells you she wants to go to the bathroom). This way, you can choose the route freely.

Aria, Zena and Julietta have 3 pink events to max their affection:
-Aria: Study room, 2 times at Kitchen (Hole in wall & table)
-Zena: Attic, Dinning room (armor), Entrance
-Julietta: Altar room, Dining room (table), Throne room

There are 7 Endings:
1. Select "NO" before the final battle when ask you "Do you really want to fight like this?".
2. Defeat Demon Lord with only Aria affection at max
3. Defeat Demon Lord with only Zena affection at max
4. Defeat Demon Lord with only Julietta affection at max
5. (True Ending) Max affection of all 3 girls and, at the second battle, before the final attack (when she says: Mother's power is getting weaker) use the option "Incantation" and then "The incantation in the diary"
6. Beat the game with all 3 girls affection at max
7. Beat the game with only Aria & Zena affection at max

Thanks for this. I wasn't sure how to get ending 6 since I didn't realize it splits off from ending 5.

Slight correction, though. Ending 4 is what you get when neither Aria nor Zena are maxed. There is no standalone ending for Julietta's affection.

Also it's fine to get two of the three scenes for each girl prior to the bathroom scene. And technically the point of no return is getting the mirror right after that. And it only locks you out of Julietta's 3rd scene in the Throne Room.
