Feedback: The Tutorial is too front-loaded
It's so full of text and explanations for systems that aren't immediately relevant that I skipped most of it or just scanned it.

You really could have done better by phrasing the tutorial as a "before launch calibration" session. It's cliche, I know, "move here, aim gun, switch weapons," and such, but it would feel a lot more engaging, in my mind, if I could play the game first then read things as they become relevant.

The biggest offender is the charge mechanism. You start at zero at first, and may forget it once you have enough charge at full. It would be better if in the first stage, you made triggers or spaced things out so the player is slowly introduced to everything, one by one, and has a chance to put it to practice.

Here's something you could try:
  1. Movement
  2. Shooting
  3. Weapon Switching + Enemy Types explanation
  4. Charge Up
  5. Relics
  6. Boss
