6 on hard.
My winning run was almost a breeze. I used the wand specialist and ended up with the Wraith rings for spell and porcupine bombs for alchemy. I got lucky with multiple mana and alchemy regen and mana increase cards so I started every fight at full and even non-stop spamming I only ran out of both mana pools once or twice. Other cards ended up being the reduced damage and ignore damage which helped with keeping HP up
I had the "pick up everything in the room" amulet which was amazing as I could spam bombs and rings and then just pop the amulet. The cooldown allowed for a use pretty much every room. I think I had 245hp at the end, level 17-18. The extra hp was a gamble as I burned half my hp for the same amount max at a shrine. Ended up paying off.
