A bug or what??

Hi. I will not pass this one. I can not move the laser beam longer than the picture shows. I spin and spin the wheel but nothing happens. Is this a bug or what?
Is there an update on the game?

Hey, I don't think so.. you use this machine by interacting with the machine (E, X or ◽️) and move your mouse at the same time to point it in the direction you want.

I had not used the mouse before in the game. So did not think about it :/

I think there is a bug. My red machine laser will not move with mouse or any control. Then after I release the machine interaction then mouse will no longer control the hand laser nor can I interact with the laser machine again. I have to exit the game and re-start to get my controls back, then lose them again when I try to move the machine laser again. Now I can no longer continue in the game... I am running Win 7 by the way...

Agreed. I am having the same issue with all controls. I commented in another thread where a developer said that they would have to look at it and issue a patch. I asked when that would be. I'm waiting for a response.

Did anyone find a solution? I have the same bug and can't seem to get past it. As soon as I hit "E" then i can't move the red laser, and my white laser will only go left and right horizontal (no longer up and down). Seems impossible to get past the door at this point.

Ah found it. Install this hotfix:

@tdshadow, thanks a bunch, just had that exact same problem (win 10 pro x64/new computer/fresh install).
That version of visual c++ 2015 solved it for me (not sure about the following ones, the previous ones, 2008 & 2010 I had already didn't do it).
