Ghost in Living Room- No I'm not a Human

On the second day (after letting in the conspiracy guy and turning away the cold woman), I noticed a ghostly woman sitting on the right-side armchair in the living room, who disappeared after I opened the door. I only had the tall man in there, and I had killed the homeless woman on the same day before going in. I haven't been able to find anything written about this anywhere else, has anyone else noticed this or anything like it?

I know, right? I'm happy to hear others have seen her too, not being able to find anything about her on the internet kind of made me feel like I was in a creepypasta or made up forum story or something.
