version comparison?
Gents,
I have been playing ICC2013 so far. Its the first game of the franchise I ever bought and Im enjoying it a lot. My question is:

What do I get from the 2014 version compared to the 2013 one?

I get it theres a new interfacede but cricket sim isnt the type of game I'd pick for its looks. Up-to-date stats are nice but they get irrelevamt once you proceed further into the future with your team anyway. Any area where the 2013 falls behind the 2014?
Not sure there really is anything to convince me...
Maybe Im gonna keep 2013 on my pc and buy the new one for my android?

The main improvements are to the interface and match engine realism. Most users (obviosuly not quite all) find the new interface a big improvement as it makes the stats easier to read and the game feel smoother in general. We've also added a range of screen resolutions so you can view highlights and the game in much higher definition. The game engine realism is, we feel, the best you can find in any cricket game. It always has been, but you everything is now perfectly balanced for all game types.

Thank you for your answer, cht_child. Higher res ergo higher res screenshots is cool. Judging by the official forum the game still lacks some basic funcionality though - keyboard control, scorecards export...Im going to wait then untill the game is finished.
Had a chance to try the android version which I must say looks sexy and despite being sluggish is catchy plus it costs only 10€.

Do you plan for Cricket Captain steam sale? *looking towards christmas*
Cheers
