BoS and TrackIR

How come the viewing inside the cockpit using TrackIR doesn't feel as natural in BoS as it does in DCS? I can bend my neck backwards and look at the sky but it is almost impossible to look down on the floor. It almost feels as there are fixed views that the TrackIR snaps to when I move my head. I have tried Requiems (think it was his) TIR profile and that helps a bit but I'm still not 100% happy with how the head movement works. It lacks smoothness...

Hmm TIR works in strange ways for me to... it is a pain to look down and about but it could be the settings...

I will try Requiem's profile se if it helps, cheers for the tip

Camera settings has a smoothnes slider, make it 100%. Just in case sameone didnt know. And untick the headshake box, and cinematic untick it too. I have trackir profile smooth, and motion control in trackir: smooth 35, speed 1. Very smooth looking around.

i have the same issue i can look up no problem but looking down at my dials and controls is difficult i dont have this problem in warthunder or dcs

Compared to DCS I find the Tracking to be a bit clunky, like its slightly set on rails.

configure your Track ir profile a bit.
You can do all you want and its fine.
I made the view range wider to the back and the
bottom and a bit faster to move my virtual head to these directions.
I have the same setting as Bubak with smooth 35 and speed 1
