I do feel jealous of their aircraft and capabilities.
The German roll-rate is a real delight.
Well i salute you if you are flying the Soviet aircraft... i would rather fly Bf110 in a dogfight that most of the Russian planes.
There is no doubt the Nazi planes are easy-mode though, as i said in my original post the 109 F-4 should be banned for new players as everything else seems rubbish afterwards.
Sure, the Dora pilot wasn't terribly good (was a friend, 1v1 for fun) and the other two morons that intruded on a friendly fight weren't the sharpest tools in the shed, either, but that is punching WELL above the MiG's own weight.
I've had very miserable time switching to La-5 though, as the MiG inevitably gets phased out around late September '42...
Probably gonna go back to transferring to Yak squadrons. The armament is inferior to both the MiG (with four .50 cal MGs it becomes an executioner) and the La-5 but I can't fly the MiG anymore, and the Yak works for how I fly so much better than the Lavochkin.
I know talk about perfection !!!!
Perfection, is taking a Mk V, putting a second charger on it and calling it a Mk IX, then putting a Griffon in and calling it a mark XII, then putting a second charger and calling it a Mk XIV and so on and so on..
..
And like most German aircraft its so easy to fly, can focus all brainpower on the enemy instead of aircraft operations.
