Favorite plane for a pilot career?

Personally I'm drawn to the P-38, but admittedly it's always been a favorite plane. What are your go-tos?

I love 'em all...! But especially the machines mounting a centre gun setup firing through the prop, spinner or nose, so that'd be the Bf 109, P-38 and right now my fav 'cuz my pilot's got about 45 missions on the board (with 61 kills, mostly 109 G's!) flyin' this kite, the Yak 1. It's a sweet ship in many ways!

Right now it's the Bf 109. This is mainly because it's a plane that you can fly throughout all of BoX's DLCs, in one loooong career. That appeals to me. If I ever actually finish it then I'll switch to allied planes... perhaps the Spitfire or Tempest.

I love all the planes but with the lack of British planes i`m flying ME 109, JU 88 , HE 111 and JU 87 . I really need to focus on one I love coming back to this game its always fun and challenging .
