I Played whole Kuban Campaign with Hs-129 but until the very end of Campaign there was no MK103 available wich is historically incorrect. Even the 30mm Cannon for G-6 was not available at August in Bf 109 Kuban Career. Just disappointing paying that much money for the Complete Content (and i MEAN the COMPLETE Content) and having to fight KV-1´s with MK 101 in Mid of 1943 :D absolutely hilarious and frustrating :D

It works. I just tested the HS-129 in the Kuban career, and I was able to select the Mk103 and use it in a mission. Match the subfolders in the mod to the ones in your game's Data folder. Remember to Enable Mods in your game settings.
Good Morning SIr (@shadowgravy),
thank you for your reply again. No i didn´t tested the Mod i just payed so much money for all the game content and now i cannot use it. i just want to understand if its maybe a game based problem on my PC or does other people have the same lockings etc etc.
I bought the IL-2 Sturmovik before it was even on Steam. Then there was a super complex and confusing process to transfere the purchased content into Steam and from then i bought every single extension you can imagine. When Kuban came out long time ago i played the campaign and MK103 and even 3,7mm was available for Hs-129. Thats the only thing i remember because its long time ago. And now it´s not available throught the whole Kuban Cenario and even all the Hs-129 get dismissed from the Battlefield by mid of 43 4 month´s before the fights are over. I cannot get it what the developers where thinking.
Hs-129 B-2 is ther version with MK103 Cannon. MK101 Cannon is Hs-129 B-1 (and other small differences obviously). So basically i bought a Hs-129 B-1 for Career mode. Sad that this is not in the Description because as a Tank Hunter Hs-129 B-1 is basically useless .

Without confirming anything in the game, I think they used July 1943 as earliest operational use for mk 103. Its availability probably starts with a corresponding phase within the game's campaign timeline.
Thank you again Sir!
Unfortunately Panzerschlachtgeschwader now fully disappeared from Kuban map. at end of June. Maybe they come Back later with the Long awaited MK103.
No, the Hs 129s don't return after leaving the Kuban map in June 1943. They were all sent north to support Operation Citadel and remained there after the offensive failed.
Otherwise, yes, the reason the MK 103 is not available in career mode is because Citadel was the first operation in which they were employed. As much as is possible, all of the modifications in career mode are available only at the same time they were in reality.
Thank you for the information!
Is there a sheet where you can see when wich aircraft and what weapon load is available throught the different campaings?
Greetings
I realize, to some, that IS the game. (^.^)
For others, to save yourself angst, just take the "immersion" path.
You're a combat aviator. You're TOLD what you will carry. The game replicates that.
Just because a weapon exists, doesn't mean they have any available for YOUR mission.
Nor does it mean the "Powers That Be" will let you use any that ARE available.
I give the Devs the benefit of the doubt and assume that situation is in play.
Is there really value in pointing out where the game differs from your expectations?
So... when you can't get what you want** ... fly the best you can with what you have.
That being said, I do think the OP had a fair point to raise in the strike brief.
"Really?! Just guns!? Against tanks!?" (^.-)
Over 30 years ago, I asked a similar question during one of my first combat flights.
I was told, by someone 4 ranks above me, to shut up. (^.^)
I did.
After I got into my jet, one of my maintenance team took my photo.
The guy I was flying with said, "That might be the last photo anyone takes of you".
I thought "WTF kind of thing is THAT to say?!".
But... he too... was ranks above me... and my visor was down and my mask on.
That was fortunate because I did not have a "Poker Face" at that point. (^.^)
We lost two planes on that strike.
That I was "right" didn't really matter at that point.
Try the "immersion path" of play.
When things aren't as you wish, fly anyway.
Squeeze as much as you can out what you are given.
Instead of voicing frustration here, take a moment to appreciate how difficult it was for actual WW2 aviators to go on missions with "sub-optimal" configurations.

** Apologies to Mick Jagger
No, sorry, nothing like that exists right now.
Ok understood. It´s the way it is unfortunately. We need a Citadel Plane Campaign. :D
