It all depends on your style. 190 was always the best roll rate fighter, barring the Dora, whereas the 109 was a better boom and zoom. So, now, you know.

I've found exactly the opposite. 109's tend to be very dangerous in turning fights, especially at lower speeds. This comes with some risks, naturally, but with the way the 13 mm guns on the German side are behaving right now the fight can be ended with one or two hits; to say nothing of the 20 mm cannon. The 190's, on the other hand can prove very deadly in the traditional BnZ role with the higher burst mass it brings to the table, though it struggles in prolonged engagements.

I haven't flown the G-6 but the K is hot. F-4 is a dream when fitted with 20mm wing cannon. Like Barkhorn, I love it "...because it could climb!" G-2 is also wonderful but the G-4 is a slug and I have to work to stay alive. I've never had trouble with any 109 in low speed turns against Soviet AI; never!

For the 109, I suspect it is the fault of over modeling of the leading edge slats. The amount of extra AOA those things allow for is somewhat comical. That combined with the relatively high power to weight ratio makes for exceptional low speed agility.

I was using the FW 190 all day and it handle,s a bit better then the bf 109 i been using sense i got the game i have a few collectors planes i like but whats the use its only for MP and quick game

As some have mentioned, it depends on how you feel comfortable with the plane. In my case : The FW-190 A3

Thanks anyway all,i just was stuck on the BF 109 G4 thinking it was better then the G2, i been making a few ww2 model planes and tanks, last one i made was the Bf 109 G6 1.36 scale and working on the diorama now lol, that,s why i been using that plane a lot but its not so grate XD

G-4 is a pig, and I don't understand why. I'll have to research the specs to understand why it has such sluggish, heavy-feeling performance. Anyone else here agree?
