will we see more and bigger bombers?
like most of you have noticed we dont realy have bombers in this game. better said on the allied side we only have the small ground attackers like the pe 2 or the b 2. does somebody know if there will be more bombers like the blenheim, b25 mitchel or even some bigger planes like the legendaary lancaster or b 17 flying fortress?
and does somebody know if there will be something like the 1945 game for the original il 2? i just want to fly the horten ho 229 in this game.

those would be good...however the issue is that this is the eastern front and the bombers you requested are western front bombers. I expect they will eventually move over to the western front,, however right now its is exclusivly russia vs germany. Only reason we have the p40-p39 p47 and spitfire is becasue american and braitin gave them to russia and were used in battle. however as far as bombers go what they ahve is accurate to what is used.

Battle of Bodenplatte (western theatre) is going to have at start B-25 Mitchell as AI and later made it flyable as collector plane if everything goes right.
Bigger bombers are unlikely to come due to limitations such as game engine, at least in close future (game engine improvements could change it).

@anonymus they already moved to western front...Battle of Bodenplatte!
It's EA with half planes already released and rest of it on the way (p51d, p38, me262, tempest...).

We already have the He 111, Ju 88 and Pe 2s

So...why not the B25 being flyable?

They aim for it as i understood, at first to be only AI and at later date flyable simply cos of time and resources limitation.
They did the same with Ju52.
They are small dev team and those planes are very detailed.
I'm sure they will make it flyable as collector plane after official Bodenplatte release, 99% sure!
I'm also looking forward to it, more than p51 or me262.
