IL-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Stalingrad

IL-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Stalingrad

What is included in, -IL-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Stalingrad Deluxe-
The store page doesn't really include or show what is included in this package? I've always been a fan of IL-2, but I'm just curious from a purchasing perspective what the Deluxe includes?

Thanks!

The deluxe modules include the two premium planes for each module.
BOS standard = 8 planes. BOS Premium = BOS Standard + Fw190 + La5.
BOM premim comes with the Mc202 and P-40 on top of the BOM standard planes.
BOK premium comes with Spitfire and Hs129

The Yak1b and Ju52 are independent premium planes, meaning they are purchased separately and dont come bundled in any package.

Thank you Major
Remember that the collector planes are not pay to win.

Indeed some are not (currently) viable as combat aircraft vs the normal planes.

Ie you dont *need* them to "win"

However, i have em all and have had oodles of fun with them.

Does the deluxe for Battle of Stalingrad include Battle of Kuban and Battle of Moscow as well?

No, every expansion is like game itself. Same amount of new planes, career single player campaign and huge map. It's a sim, it's expensive when you look at it now, but it started in 2014, every year or so there is new expansion, so it's not that much when you just pay for it once a year.

In Steam Battle of Moscow and Battle of Kuban are listed as DLC for Battle of Stalingrad. If I understand you correctly there is no pack to purchase all the game editions at once?
there's no mega pack purchase currently.

is the 1964 edition included in the deluxe pack ? or is it a separate game altogether?

1946 is an older, separate game.

"Deluxe Pack" only means you get ten flyable aircraft instead of eight. It usually saves you a little over buying the two bonus aircraft as separate Collector Planes.
2018 necro, guys n gals :)

True. But MadCat's question 26 May 2021 is a valid one.

Even so, necros can cause all sorts of confusion. Its *best* nnot to respond to them or start a new thread.

I can understand your reasoning but trust me, necro threads are best laid to rest.
