Honestly we are not sure how to help right now. We'll look into this GPU setup and drivers and see what we come up with.
Until then just make sure the game does not start on a different GPU like the integrated CPU on Intel. It's a slim chance but it's the first thing which comes to mind.

Thanks for your help, my cpu being the i5-12400F doesn’t actually even have intergraded graphics. idk if this could be part of the problem and radiation island is trying to find intergrated graphics from my cpu instead of using my gpu maybe?
