Where can I get some Titanium?

I have been trying to get Titanium to drop for over two hours already. For some reason the damn thing wont drop.

It's a darker ore, mine it with at least an iron axe, stone won't get it. It's smaller, rectangular, and has jagged edges sticking up. It's around about as much as lead, just less common than other ores and rocks. Smelt it in the forge.
