Yep, and it supports all, my own GPU is by AMD.

set to 60 fps use 100% power (much heat)
set to 30 fps use ~80% power (less heat)
Thanks for the link. I'll run a quick test with my FPS set to 25.
I just find it very odd that this game is the only one I'm having this sort of issue with..

Open world games tend to use more resources, and so your laptop is just working harder. The temperatures you are getting are not bad though, unless you start seeing 85+C.
OS: Windows 8.1
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210 CPU @2.50GHz (under my Processors in Device Manager, it shows four of these listed)
RAM: Total 8 GB
GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphic 4000 and AMD Radeon HD 8750M (No idea how to access the AMD side of my GPU)
If anyone wants to see a more in depth version of this, you'll have to tell me how to get that information.
I'm not sure where my Savage Lands is located. How would I find it?
No problem at all.
At the three (3) minute mark I Alt-Tab'd back in to the game and decided to wander around a little to see whether or not my laptop would shut down. Surprisingly I was able to make it to the little shelter-campfire thing, as stated above, before this happened. As I had forgotten to pick up the necessary materials to make the fire, I was even able to run back across the beach to pick up the proper materials for the campfire. However, shortly after making the campfire and attempting to craft/cook food, my laptop shut itself down, which is why I believe the temperatures may have continued to rise had I kept monitoring Speccy.
The time on my stopwatch program (I was using my mobile phone) was at four minutes and fifty seconds (4 minutes 50 seconds) .. Give or take a few nanoseconds!
I guess not much can be done currently other than the suggestion on that cooling system.
Thank you for all of your help with this matter. I'll see what I can do about getting some sort of cooling fan and see if that helps. I don't own any portable fans, either, so that wouldn't help at the moment.
Just one more question, though:
Do Open World games really use that many resources in order to play the game? A small list of games I have been able to play without any real problems:
Diablo 3 and Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls
Path of Exile
Echo of Soul
Defiance
The Might Quest for Epic Loot
Dragon Nest Europe
Tera
and several others.
Aside from playing with optimized graphics that suite my play style given the system I play on which normally leads to lower end changes so I can play without latency or really low FPS. I've also had Minecraft on this laptop before and that generally runs without any problems, either.
Another thing I may not have mentioned.. I'm not sure how to access my AMD Radeon GPU. I have a the Catalyst program for it, or whatever its name is, however whenever I launch games (any game) everything always defaults to my Intel(R) HD 4000 GPU.
Make shure to switch graphics to Ati Radeon.

Then use "AMD system monitor". It will show you how much power videocard use to run the game.

If it less than 90% and still overheating check your inner cooler. It can be blocked.
Ps If you see 0% this mean game use intel video. Intel video quickly heated and crashing system.
