Wolf pelt drop rate.

I took a year off from this game and just came back. I've killed over a dozen wolves and not a single pelt. Is this normal now? Build 421

Nope i got like 50 wolf pelts my self in 2 hours

Possibly your game mix. If you are on 421 using an old world and old character then you have a good chance of bugs and glitches.

Others have run into trouble this way too but after a few times restarting the game the old saves work okay. At least as far as they can tell.

Best to clean out the save folder and the cloud. Start with a new character and new world to get the latest experience.

Not an old character or world. I know better than to try that after a year away. I should have stated that. Now these are the regular dark colored wolves, not the big lighter ones near the bridge. I've killed 16 so far.

Maybe try the Beta build?

All right, I'll just chalk it up to still being a bit buggy. It's made amazing progress though. I remember when it first came out, it was more of a walking simulator. I'll check back in 6 months.

What you see now has a good bit of entertainment but it is just a placeholder for the next iteration. No idea when that next version will be announced.
