Golden or Dragon armor?

So which one is better? :D I started farming for golden armor components,so is it waste of time to farm golden armor or it is better to focus on Dragon armor farm?

Golden is the best armor in wich you can craft yourself, dragonscale armor is in my opinion the best armor that you can have. However this only drops as loot from killing Kur the dragon and it's not everytime you kill him that a piece drops and you might also get several pieces in a row of the same.

So if you have the time and resources to go after Kur then go try it, if not then golden ebon armor is rly the best to have as far as crafting goes :)

You don't need Kur to get dragon hide armour any more as you can get the mats from the dungeon.

Last playthrough I got mithras and then went to the dungeon to focus on getting the mats for the dragon hide armour, so skipping silver and gold.

That's my preference at least.

Yes they are. They drop Blood of The Brood, Green and Yellow Scales, and Dragon Hide. I prefer silver armor though because it is much more durable and it requires only repair hammers to fix whereas dragonscale and gold are more expensive to fix. I have used their drops to make large dragon bags and a dragonhide curiass. The dragonhide curiass sucks because it's not very durable. The large dragon bag has a whopping 54 slots. Easy choice.

EDIT: DragonSCALE armor and DragonHIDE armor are different. Dragonhide sucks. Dragonscale is the best you can get.

Yes they need to change the mats required to repair gold armor :O Why do u need Steel to repair gold armor anyway lol.Only the chest peace gold armor is ok, it require repair hammer and gold ignots.Other parts are just pain to maintain :P

Never said Hide armor kagan, i meant scale armor as he asked wich was best and hide armor isnt best :P

farm drackonus armour thats the best one that will prevent dmg but it will make u slower compared to dragon armour

Yes dragon scale is lighter and burn less stamina so you run longer, you never freeze even in water and the defence compared to drackonus armor is by 1 or 2 points so i prefer dragon scale :)

No dragonscale armor protects you 100% against cold :) but it might be changed...

Sorry, I think I mistook the armor. I already did the dragon armor. But it's a dragonscale, catching Green and Yellow Scales, and Dragon Hide. But I meant Kur's armor. That's where I wanted to know where to get it. At the moment I am wearing the gold armor. The dragonscale, you have to have a lot of material to arrange it. Maybe he still has not understood about what was said of the dragon armor that could be killed Kur.

That ice cave (wich is also rly small) where flesh ripper is, is the only place you can freeze to death in and it's to make it difficult to get that sword. in legacy world you had to run almost 4 times as far and there was no protection at all :P
