How to unlock Revenant Kitana

All the guides I find say I have to get gold in a living tower (Done that multiple times) the only Revenant Kitana I have been able to unlock via living towers is Dark Empress Kitana..

Anyone know if it is bugged or I am following faulty guides?

Revenant Kitana requires you to play King of the Hill , and give a total of 250 respect points to others.

You can place yourself AFK to avoid fighting and resume giving points.

When I did it , I did not receive any notice saying I got it , so when it was my turn to fight , I check kitana's skins and it was there.

There's a lot of conflicting information about how to unlock the Revenant/Dark Emperor skins, with several methods mentioned for all of them. Last I heard, to unlock Revenant Kitana you had to hand out a total of 100 respect points in the SAME SESSION... Haven't been able to confirm this myself as I've never been able to stay in KOTH long enough to give more than 60-80 points before the game crashes on me. :/
