Online is completly unplayable, NETHER REALMS SERIOUSLY FIX THIS $#IT
in the current state this game is unplayable ONLINE. playing offline, single player, training mode the game runs GREAT!!! For people complaining they cant get the game to run or are having problems you probably need a new pc or upgrade... but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the netcode is so ass. Every match is a lagfest. I mean the character select screen online lags? how is that even possible ... wtf?

Nether Realms PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE fix the netcode..... I really love this game and want to get competitive and enjoy it but right now online is complete garbage!

Neither do i troll nor do i work for NRS but superb logic, nobody can have a good time online when you can't have one.

It's true 4 me. Online is unreliable with way too much disconnects even before fighter selction. When it manages to get two people in a match, it often lags and slows down very hard, rendering it completly random who is hitting and who is not. PLEASE NR TELL US YOU ARE WORKING ON IT... Console gaming seems all right, so why is PC gaming struggeling??

its not a secret, its not just me ... online is damn unplayable... random disconnects happen every other few matches, the connections of players in rooms are completly blank and never load up, when bars are visible they are complety innacurate. sure 1 out of 10 matches might be perfect and the rest are unplayable for players that are trying to do combos over 5 - 6 hits lol... if you really think this netcode should be left alone your hilarious

Lol dont rage cause of this guy. He is totally trolling and we both knew that. Its impossible to get any combos working in online mode and the only thing you can do are the standard punches and kicks or SPAMMING projectiles which is mostly more effective than even trying to get any chain combo. SUCKS

Offline works perfectly, online is borderline unplayable. The crashing, massive input delay and other technical issues make it frustrating to play at best. Ofc if you only play Scorpion and spam teleport you may not notice the crippling delay, but for those of us who put time into the training room it's a glaring issue.

You know i was playing Mileena for some hours in practice mode and i think its a way harder to get good combos to work with her instead with other characters like sub zero or scorpion and after a few hours i was good enough to perform some 35% combos with her and then i joined online matches and guess what? NONE of this ♥♥♥♥ was working and i dont know what the ♥♥♥♥ to do with this input lag.

BOSS you should check out the thread I posted in amongst the arguing, if people want to complain and not try to fix or find out whats going on... that's cool I will take my efforts elsewhere.

This is gonna sound horrible, but the only real solution is to dumb down your combos for the meantime untill this games gets patched... and thats if it does get patched... the only downside thou is that dumbing down your combos will hurt your offline game...

this netcode is so horrible... but to think of it when ultra street fighter came to pc it had some issues with the online aswell that eventually got fixed. NRS however has had a track record of horrible netcode for pc that never got resolved

i mean its so bad right now that playing online is a completly different game, granted online will never be perfect and I think we all understand that and can live with that... but when its every single match just about a lagfest with all your hardwork and hours in training mode for nothing its a really bummer. Many people are playing right now are devoloping extremly bad habbits as well, such as spamming completly unsafe specials or combos... but are getting away with it because the lag litteraly makes it safe and not punishable 9/10 times

Ok maybe but really.... Getting high and long combos is a big motivation for me and i am really sure for many other players also and thats a important aspect of the game. So if you play characters for hours and you are really good with them in offline mode and you play online you SUCK. All you have learned is totally useless? No thanks. Spamming A A A B B B is not the point of this game just because they cant get online mode to work.
