PS 2 Controller

Hi,

Is anyone playing MKX with a ps2 controller + adapter? Does it work?
Which adapter and software do I need?
I use a logitech controller right now, but the shoulder buttons really piss me off.

I used this guide for my PS2 controller and works fine.

You do not even need a subsoftware to use a ps2 controller on pc. I do that and just had to remap some buttons directly in the game to match the buttons they tell you to press in the game.

You can search in this forum, there's people to link a page where you can download a file to replace the xbox input display by ps2 one.

Also, I use a generic "trixes" adaptator, 9euros on amazon. Works perfectly.

Hey np`s :), im using a PS3 USB PS2 adapter.Using that guide, your controls will be just like the 360 controller setup.

I just bought a used PS3 controller, and it was plug and play. :O
Tested it in-game and it works great so far. Very easy. lol

edit: I'm on Windows 8.1 so maybe that's why it installed so easily just by plugging it in. Hardware manager says it installed motionjoy drivers, and it did it automatically. :)

Am using the trixes adaptor too but for ps1 pad. I just cannot get it working, it talks to my pc, and mkx, works on the menu and then crashes the game on character select.
Have tried everything i know to try but no-one else seems to share this problem so cant ask anyone for help! /cry
