how to set monitor refresh rate?

I like to change my refresh rates to 60hz but i only can choose 119hz and on the new patch it says maximum 60hz or lower because its looked

- Set your monitor refresh rate to 60 or 59.95 hz.

You have to set it to 60hz globaly from windows becasue the game has no option for this which is stupid
And you shouldnt have to do this it should be at 60 hz in game by default since its capped at 60fps
but this dev team is incompetent.

yeah i don't understand why they says that, it's ok if you have a refresh rate of 60 or 144 or 30000000 or whatever that is 60 or + since the game is locked to 60.

what a f... i mean locking on pc its aleady meh but that you cant change it and it take all your hz not only 60 is another no go .. changing it on windows will change it for all programms and games that realy sucks

You could try changing the vsync settings for whatever graphics card you have.

Try changing "Vertical sync" to "on" or "adaptive" in NVIDIA Control Panel and see if that helps.

I force mine to 60 in radeon pro. My monitor however is 60hz already.

Once you set to 60 in windows ignore what it says in the game settings its really runnin at 60hz

Simple way to check is to monitor your framerate and during WB spash screen it will say 120fps when 120hz is used at 60fps for 60hz
