How do you play Invasion Tower/Boss?

It's always been in red for me. My guess is the leading faction can't access those modes, can anyone confirm?

I got a message about the beginning of the invasion a few days ago, but I can not play, it is always red. This is sad, because these battles give you a rating and war points. It seems a bit unfair.

I (Black Dragon) had invasion attack like 2 days ago, but i couldn't participate for some reason, but today, when invasion began again i could.

And war tower is getting longer to complete with each day. I especially liked the battle with instant kill of Raiden at the end as a bonus

The one 2 days ago was bugged and no one could join. This one should work properly. I as Lin Kuei was able to get in fine.

I actually got a big announcement in game "invasion has begun" and I was like "yay, at least I can do this online" but nope, false alarm, no invasion here. 10/10

lol so weird, just like Snake i had an announcment and i could actually play this super annoying scorpion boss, howver now it says the invasion is still in progress but i cant access invasion tower nor boss

Was able to play this morning as Lin Kuei. At work now, so I can't check if I still can.

But, one objective under the Faction War page is invasion assassins -- what are they and where do you find/play them?
