Press your block button and stance change button at the same time.

if you didn't change any buttons from the default, i found that you can also press 'K' 'L' and ';' instead of ';' and 'P' if thats easier for you

I love this ask to be spoonfed mentality, rather than reading the movelist OP prefer to ask people in the forum, which is much more practical? easier to do??? still lazy though, lol.
