MKX on Android

Just happened to notice this today when searching for MKX on Android...

However it says that app is not compatible with my device which is a Nexus 5 phone. Not sure whats up with that as it surely should be able to handle MKX.

Is anyone else with an Android phone able to download the MKX app?

Hmm I grabbed a tor named ( MORTAL KOMBAT X v1.1.0 [Mod Coins/Souls] ) , has 2 apks, modded and normal, I used the normal one.

I used a modded one too for Andrino, I have Nexus 4 and it worked, I didnt get mime johnny cage though, but Im not that excited about it anyway, i want those classic mileena and scorpion skins though

Not sure if this fix was noted in this thread or not, tl;dr, but if you were having graphical problems like me on my S4 download an app called GLTools and fake set the GPU to Mali.

Anyone willing to help me out? I can't for the life of me get this running through bluestacks or andy or anything. Someone who's gotten this working, would you be willing to sign in on your bluestacks with my WBID to unlock the costumes?

Its Galaxy Note 3 compatible unless it isn't mentioned already. I'm downloading it now.

Its says its even compatible with my Galaxy Tab 2 10.1" which is surprising.

Takes a little messing about, I followed the instuctions over at ( http://www.techlinko.com/2014/06/bluestacks-obb-data-sd-card-folder.html ) to figure out how to copy files into the bluestacks sdcard.

You startup bluestacks, download the app (Ex ESExplorer) from the app store so you are able to copy things to and from the virtual sdcard.

Then install the mkx apk (just like running any normal file) and it will appear in your bluestacks app list, but at this point it won't run.

Next using windows, copy the folder containing the mkx obb ( com.wb.goog.mkx ) to ( c:\users\<yourusername>\my pictures ), and you will end up with users->yourusername->my pictures->com.wb.goog.mkx

Next using Ex ESExplorer in bluestacks, find your way to ( sdcard\android ), inside this folder, create a new folder called ( obb ), and you will end up with sdcard->android->obb

Next using Ex EsExplorer in bluestacks, find your way to ( windows\pictures ), inside this folder, you will find the folder ( com.wb.goog.mkx ) containing the mkx obb file.

Copy the ( com.wb.goog.mkx ) folder, into the ( obb ) folder you created before.

Exit Ex ESExplorer, Enter BlueStacks Settings.

Click Change Keyboard Settings, and under Keyboard & Input methods, select Default, then toggle Hardware physical keyboard to OFF, so you will be able to login the app using an onscreen keyboard.

Start mkx mobile.


Some additional helpful advice:
(In order to copy files using ESExplorer, click and hold the mouse over the file/folder you wish to copy, then drag towards the outside corners of the screen. make sure you have both source and destination folders open so you can drop between them)

Thanks for the walkthrough, but I had managed to figure all of this out and did everything right, but the app refuses to run for one reason or another each time I've tried with several apks mentioned in this thread.

If it doesn't run, disable internet lan connection and run MKX, right after the initial screen with the logos appears, enable internet/lan again and it will work.
This was my solution for download failed message.
I use bluestacks.
