Anyone using an Xbox One controller?
I'm one of those lucky people who has no problems with MKX and I'm having a blast with it, and I can worry about unimportant things like the dpad on my 360 controller not being all that great for fighters. I've heard the dpad on the Xbox One controller is much better...

Ah sucks. Fortunately I have 2 ps3 controllers and 2 360 controllers. Anyone who comes over only uses the ps3 controllers. Was also thinking about getting fight sticks, but Im afraid I'd suck using one.
Any people recently started using a fight stick?

Stick is best, but the dumbed down, lenient inputs make even a Wiimote feasible.

Hi,
I am using an Xbox One controller and the D-pad is sooo much better than the one from the 360 pad!

I played Mk9 on ps3 when it came out so it took a while to adjust to the xbox one controller for pc but I managed to pull off most combos that I couldve on ps3. So Id say the xbox one controller is comparable to the ps3 controller

Yeah, I'm finding the dpad on the XONE controller to be very good. However, I'm not too fond of the LB and RB buttons. They're a little uncofortable for me and I preferred how they felt on the 360 controller.

I am using an xbox one controller, and the d-pad is much better than on the 360 controller. You will have to deal with a lot of loud clicking so be aware that it might annoy a partner or potentially wake a light-sleeping kiddo.

I'm using an XBone controller, but I can't use the D-Pad--it's not easy to do the diagonals.

The sticks are a little better, but it's not easy to pull of kombos and special moves.

Maybe dedicated fight sticks would be best?

Used the Xbox one controller in skull girls didn't find it all the great. For anyone intersted the qanba Q4 is still considered to be one of the best fight sticks for pc, and is usable on the two major last generation consoles.

Im using Xbox360 pad since MK9. And my first exspirience was terrable, at first was too diffucult to do diagonas. But with time i do it much better, and now i cant do specials and combos 9/10 times. But it need much time for practice. For me except D-pad it best gamepad

Everyone sucks with a stick at first, but after a week or two you usually start to feel comfortable. I took the step into fight/arcade stick land few years ago and I play nowadays all the games, that I can, with a stick (platformers, shoot-em-ups & other arcade-like games).

Word of warning though: once you fall in love with a stick, you might start to buy more and more of them. :) It's an addiction.
