How do I unlock Hotshot Johnny Cage costume?

Are the Revnant Jax and Kitana Dark Empress unlocks at that site are just wrong? I've done both of those and haven't received either.

I've heard Dark Empress Kitana unlocks by getting to level 35 in Dark Brotherhood faction. What's everyone elses experience?

I got jax on ps4 by playing 2 player kustom combat match and 15 flawles victory still have to try ot the kitana one.

I got dark empress Kitana from the weekly living tower. I've read that you have to spend a combined time of 1 hour in the living towers to get her. Some have gotten by getting gold and others by getting bronze. I've heard of none getting without atleast getting bronze. It was gold for me. And I'm on PS4. Still looking for solid info on Hotshot Johnny (green vest). Only info I found was that it was a story unlock. I've completed the story but I had my difficulty low because I was just going for achievements/unlocks. So maybe its story with medium or higher difficulty.

It isnt out for Android yet, only IOS.

I finishd the story on medium did'nt get him.
