Difficulty auto increases?
I noticed while playing through the story mode on normal, the game seems to auto increase it's difficulty if you win alot and decrease when you lose. It's really annoying, why give us a difficulty option if you're just going to change it on the fly? It's annoying for two reasons:

1. I'm not good at fighting games particularly, but I know I'm not even close to terrible enough to get flawlessed by normal AI. That means I have 3 or 4 fights while crushing the opponents and then suddenly the computer goes MLG and starts throwing together rediculous combos and becomes near unhitable. Like really, if I wanted to play on "Get Rekt " I would of selected that difficulty in the options.

2. It makes it impossible to actually get better as well, if you lose the game is like "aww poor baby" and decreases the difficulty to "as long as you are physically holding the controller, you can't lose!" It'd be nice to try again at that same level until we can win.

Simply put I think it'd be much better to ask us when we're winning if we'd like to increase the difficulty to hard, when we're losing simply ask us if we'd like it decreased. Automatically changing it is irritating beyond belief, I know it was in MK9 as well. SK was near unbeatable until you'd lost 5 or 6 rounds then suddenly it was impossible to lose.

the game doesnt truely change the difficulty, it just adjusts it within a range, from something like tier 1 oppoent to boss level, like shinnok was very hard to fight even after i had lost once on the 2 figthts before but the next fight was really easy. basicly every last fight in a chapter is harder than the first fight.
also this isnt really new for MK, in 9 if you lost to shao khan a few times he starts taunting you mid fight more and more leaving more room for you to fight back.

Hahahaha I noticed that too, I usually would humiliate the AI a few times, then the next fight my @ss would be handed on a platter with onions.

It does increases somewhat in difficulty, like scaling towards the progress.

You can change the overall difficulty in the option menu though.

Yeah I just believe that it scales way too much, it seems to increase multiple difficulty levels after a few wins.
