GOLD SCORPION SKIN / FUTURE RAIDEN SKIN MISSING

Not sure if I'm the only one, but for some reason it's not appearing in my game even though:

1. I redeemed my code for the gold Scorpion skin
2. Linked my WB account so I get to use the future Raiden skin

Does anyone else with the same problem + does anyone know how to fix the problem?

***EDIT: GOOD NEWS, I GOT BOTH SKINS NOW :D THEY FIXED IT!***

I'll check if I have a Raiden skin when I boot up MKX next.

For the Raiden skin, it's not enough if the account auto logs in, it only unlocked for me. when I manually logged in. So try logging out and in again.
The Gold Scorpion skin comes with the Kollektor's Edition I think.

I bought the collector's edition. Good news is that my Goro code worked

Just unlocked that Raiden skin :D thanks man

and yeah I got the kollector's edition hence why I'm wondering why it's not working haha

Sorry that took me a while, I ran into a few errors. I noticed yesterday when I was playing my account was linked but today it wasn't. So I tried to sign in but it kept saying my password was incorrect and the thing wouldn't send me a reset password email, so I went to the site and reset it there.

Then I logged in and it came up with a notification saying I had unlocked it.

As for the scorpion skin, check your DLC section in steam to see if there is a DLC for scorpion.

Might want to do an integrity check too.

Could you tell me how to get the Kollektor's Edition for PC please? I only find xone/ps4 version on Amazon or ebay.

They're sold out on retail the last time I checked. But if you're lucky, you might find some of them through ebay or something

The Gold Scorpion skin was only available for Consoles. If you use it on a supported device it should work....

Did anyone have a picture of those 2 skins?

You have to own the collector's edition of the game (the one that includes the statue)

All I know is Blue Steel is a DLC but doesn't look like it's available on PC.

I only have 2 Scorpion skins even though i swear I've unlocked them in the Krypt.
