Game still doesn't work for me...

Hi everyone. I saw that under the news tab, they said that the game is now working as intended. However, the same problem exist for me.. I click play, and nothing happens. My avatar in the bottom left will turn green for a second and then turn back to blue. I had the game installed on my harddrive and i thought that if i uninstalled then reinstalled on my ssd it might change. Nope! Anyone have any help? Been on the phone with WB for almost 30 mins and haven't talked to a single person....

Have you tried executing both VCRedist files located in the following location:

steamapps\common\MK10\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2012

Not saying it will help, but worth a shot, seeing that the game didn't really install neither of these two upon launching the game the first time.

The game works fine on my machine, but perhaps there might be some dependencies missing on your PC that those two files might just fix to get your game started :)

reinstall. i found out i was missing package 9 from the original download/preload. installing again to see if that helps

Yes i have done that on both installs. It didnt do anything.

in my case i reinstall direct x, vredist, .net, game, graphic driver. + restarting computer.
but game doesn't work.

Having the same issues if I choose Play or Configure options. Both just hang for about 1 sec and back to previous screen. Only once it I get a first time configuration screen to launch that read MKXBootStrap.exe but after an hour I closed it. I show that I have all 29 DLC downloaded as well.

I've not got anything to launch. But i was in contact with WB support. Ill keep everyone updated. Keep this on the front page!

So glad I'm not the only one. Same symptoms as the others, and installing the vcredist files did nothing. When I try to run MKXLauncher, it says "The program can't start because MSVCR110D.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this program." Reinstalling and verifying the cache do nothing to help.

I read on another thread that this problem is related to big-screen TVs, but I'm unconvinced as I'm on a laptop and still having the problem.

I am also on a laptop. Maybe its because of the Mobile GPU? I have a 870M so i know for a fact i can run it.

I have the exact same graphics card. Same exact problem. Netherrealms fix pls
