You can also lower the brightness a bit.
I'm interested to hear any updates, cheers.
Game play just looks some such cleaner and clearer. The cutscenes look almost like 720p not 1080p.

It has to be because of the resolution you're playing the game on. Keep in mind the Xbox One version of the game is less than 1080p (something similar to 900p) and the PlayStation 4 version is 1080p.
The PC version is a port of the console versions, I suspect the Xbox One version, so you're playing the game at a higher resolution than the cutscenes were rendered in, I suspect.
