Can PC be able to unlock stuff from mobile or is it just the xbox and ps?

Yes, PC will be able to get the unlocks. If you do not know yet:

Complete these achievements on the mobile game to unlock the corresponding reward on the main version

Login to WBPlay - Ninja Mime Johnny Cage
Finish a Challenge Ladder - Klassic Mileena
Level a Character to Level 40 - Klassic Kitana
Complete the Third Bracket in Battle Mode - Farmer Jax
Complete 100 Multiplayer Ladders - Injustice Scorpion Skin

So is this to suggest that all skins will not be unlocked by default like was the case with Injustice on PC? Does this also mean there wil be cash skins as well?

No, these are just additional skins apart from the alternate skins already in the base MKX game that you can earn. And as for "cash skins", the Kombat Pack includes 15 skins.

WTF.. i payed for game now i have to get phone able to handle mkx on android only to get classic skins.. ♥♥♥♥ i should get them for MK 9 not for stupid mobile game i dont even want. Btw i love when i learn Injustice Ultimate Edition is not that ultimate because they did same trick with stupid mobile aplication. Anyway thanks for advice about this skins

It's just a skin, it really is not that big of a deal.

It's just a skin, it really is not that big of a deal.

Ofc its just skins.. but i just prefer klassic skins. Even on MK9 i prefer them because of MK 2,3 pure nostalgia. I dont care about farmer on circus clown Cage or other crazy skins. Some people are cut from classic skins (on MK9 you could get it as dlc at lest before Komplete Edition) Thats just not cool for old timers like me. I simply dont like this way : buy our not cheap game then get our mobile game to get bonusses etc. I can pay for DLC i dont like them eather but this is one step too far. Steam/WB id online service and Phone.. Really where this all going this days. What next Facebook/ Tweeter or Instagram? and please dont tell me dont like it dont buy it i like game, idea and story so far from YT and game it self. What i dont like how devs handle customers this days. What doing gaming industry with people its other thing. Still its just my point of view.
