EDIT: found the press release of this through kamidogu.com. Liu Kang finally Konfirmed. Leak was legit the whole time.

The Klassic packs do not make sense, though. Liu Kang and Kung Lao skins should be together, and then the Jax skin should also be together with Sonya and Kano. Further, Sonya and Kano skins make more sense paired with Tremor than they do with Tanya. They've clearly missed the opportunity to do a Special Forces theme and an MK 4/Gold theme. It's just a jumble with no rhyme or reason.

it isnt part of the game, it isnt on disc. its extra. people who want it will pay for it. back in mk9 i never bought the dlc because the characters in it didnt interest me. a few years later i bought komplete for 20 bucks after cracking the original disc. if you want it then pay for it like everybody else.

DLC works, thats why its continually used. If the majority of gamers were so angry about it they wouldnt support it and it would disappear. It is the responsibility of consumers to dictate marketing and sales. Unfortunately, that is exactly what the consumers have done.

well for mk 9 they said there gonna be more dlc characters after the first 4 -.- never happend ...
hopefully they give us another pack would gladly pay for more charakters. just sad they wasted 2 spots on jax and sonya meh.

I wish devs would just call DLC "mini-expansions" or something. Maybe that'd make ppl understand what DLC actually is. So you don't get ppl say ♥♥♥♥ like this:

All the exclusive skins for Injustice were included in the GOTY edition... they'll probably do the same with MKX.
