These mods I believe only show up on your screen and not the other person.

This would have to be correct, since I'm going to *assume* that the mod works by replacing local file assets.

Not if they, too, have the mods installed. Just like when NRS charged for skins in MK9 -- only those with them would see them.

Kinda like the opposite of Borderlands, where everyone but yourself sees the mod (if they have it installed as well)... FPS FTW! xD

Mod looks pretty cool. Might download it when it becomes available. It also might make me want to play with Reptile.

I dont like it. Sure it looks great but I am just accustomed to the reptile look of reptile but his behaviour, demeanour or essentially his stance is just right for the reptile reptile....its animalistic behaviour does not fit right to a human.
Specially a ninja human where you expect him to walk and talk behave like smoke. It just looks weird to see a ninja human badly acting like an animal.

Well the human movie reptile was okay or wasn't it? Since he looked like a human but was acting like an animal... the only thing that bothers me with the mod is that the acid is coming dropping from his mouth through the mask :(

Yeah, if you listen towards the end of the video the guy explains that the modder isn't finished so maybe he is taking care of clipping issues.
