Super Fast Combos!
I wonder what are some players using to do super fast combos?
I can't say that it's a "Controller" issue because anyone can buy one, But I really keep asking myself.

I turned off the thing in the control options menu that made unpressing buttons count as an input. I also switched from my garbage 360 controller to my slightly less garbage ds3 controller. :p

I can do 40% double run animation cancel single frame links on characters with a regular ps4 controller - and I'm an arcade stick user.

Just keep with it and your mind and body can adapt to just about anything.
I think he's referring to combo canceling into special moves.

They've updated the tutorial to go over this quite thoroughly now. Basically you do a dial-a-combo and then before it finishes input a special move. The timing is very tight; you have to basically be so fast that essentially you have to muscle memorize it. Even if your combo is kind of slow to execute, if you have a delay between the end of the combo and your special move it won't work.

Some characters combos are particularly hard to execute online due to lag. While many braindead characters has some 30% around combos, that can look fast but they are just mashing buttons, some others are incredibly though and need hours of training.
Lag is completly ruining some characters, that is why you will only find gay jins and scorpions around.
If you instead were asking about offline combos, well. i would start practicing standard combos, then after a while try to combine them or search for some youtube videos. you will find plenty of them.
I use a xbox360 and i am able to handle lag for doing 35-40% combos with my favorite characters, if it is not having 3 seconds delay of course, so you should after a bit of practice.

I use reptile, and it's literally just a matter of knowing what combos lead into what. I always find a combo that bounces a character up before I go for the overhead bounce first.

If you're referring to canceling specials into combos like this:

It can be done with controllers as well, I use a regular x360 controller.

Yes, That's what I'm talking about. Firstly, What does "canceling specials into combos" mean?
I didn't get the definition of the word, And how do i do it?
Is it easy to do it with the keyboard?

Means that you buffer the command input of a special move into string combos and as soon as the animation of the special starts you cancel it by pressing forward, forward + block (running) and continue with another string combo or whatever else suits you. Basically it's a trick for skipping long recovery frames and pressuring the opponent.

As for the keyboard I really can't tell since I've never used a keyboard for fighting games, but I guess if you can perform normal 30-40% combos, you will be able to with some practice.

Will try that, Thanks.

I think game is far too hard in mechanics for being MK. MK9 was cool, good for everyone, casuals and pros. Here you have dash cancel, cancels... it's almost impossible to learn while doing combos, not for an average player, so better players would always have advantage, which they didn't have in MK9. Also you can't fully utilize character if you can't do those things. I myself somehow manage to pull of dash cancel, but I don't understand why they just didn't leave normal dash like in MK9 (here you can dash but it's slow and you can't link it), but canceling specials if far beyond my skills, not only in combos, but in single move it seems far too complicated. Fighting game's basic should be easy to pull off. Not to mention you can grab while juggling and cancel it. This is ridiculous, because now better players can even do 90% combo, which doesn't make sense if receiving 1 hit makes you die so fast. Combos should take max 40-50%. 70% by 1 action is just cheap and creates bigger gap between skilled and average players.
they finally made mk into a good game

As a reptile main, please enlighten me as to which reptile combo ends with a bounce that's high enough to neutral jump punch, because the only one that I know utilizes a fast force ball and is blockable between the combo and the force ball.
