EB Games is owned by Gamestop... would be wiser to wait and see if they're going to offer something locally first- deals might not be finalized yet.

the game has to access Steam for DRM, updates, and online matchmaking though
hmmm good point... well honestly have no clue if an Australian PC game would install properly on a American PC. Matchmaking could be region locked too so it would suck having to play against Aussies only online.
