Predator Anytime Brutality

I don't know if anyone else is having this issue with the Predator but I seem to be having issues with the Anytime brutality failing. I am meeting the prerequisites but still no brutality. Each time I try to pull of the move I end up in the bleed out "finish him" state. I have tried it at 30% (ish) as that should cover the drop in health for the move and the brutality,

If anyone else ahs found this to be true or anyone knows a work around I would be grateful. It's not like some of the other brutality move conditions are accurate.

E.G. Kenshi's brutality where he chops people in half with the "spirit warrior" (again, can't remember the name of it) doesn't actually require that you start the fight with that move as the first hit. Regardless he will always finish with that brutality if you use the move sequence.

Yes, I am having the same kinds of issues you have described and see no objective reason for that thing not working properly. Well, somehow I managed to pull that off in an online match, but that still makes me wonder how exactly I did this. It says to press "Down" when triggering the final hit what is X-Ray attack and I remember me holding the "Down" key and then pressing it several times afterwards. It worked what kinda surprised me!

Funny thing is when I tried to make that one again, I always ended up failing... Seems like it's some sort of bug which needs fixing or maybe that "Down" button should be pressed at the perfectly estimated time, in a split second.

Is that the X-Ray brutality? If so, you must hold the down button as soon as you start the x-ray, and the opponent's life bar must reach 0 by the time the disc chops his neck.
