Why Jade didn't make it in MKX.

She basically got her heart ripped out by Sindel if you've played Mortal Kombat 9. Cyrax and Sektor won't be in mainly because similar thing with Jade. Smoke got his neck snapped.

There's a huge reason they never added Jade though. Sindel ripped her heart out. which is why she never appeared as a Revenent, Boon tweeted somewhere why Jade won't be in MKX. that or they are too lazy.

Not Happening they already said Jade will not be in Mortal Kombat X. Which is why they will be adding in Sindel, Baraka and Rain through Kombat Pack 2.

They brought everyone back as revenants in the story mode, most as NPCs. There's no reason why Quan Chi wouldn't bring her back. Even Stryker made it! Also, we saw her as a revenant in the final chapter of MK9.

I believe they have something special reserved for her in the next game. Something related to Kitana's klassic tower ending.

As @tarsoflx mentioned, Jade is indeed a Revenant, we already saw her as one in Mortal Kombat: Komplete Edition along with the others.

In Mortal Kombat X, she is the only character who is a Revenant to not appear at all (outside of Kitana's Klassic Tower ending), and the reasoning has never been stated.

So your only real option for Jade here is Kitana's Mournful Variation.

Johnny Cage was brought back to life 3 times in the original timeline. Jax, Sub-Zero and Hanzo Hazashi were brought back as Revenants first and then were brought back to be humans again. Cyrax wasn't killed though and MKX' storymode revealed that Sektor was killed by Sub-Zero after turning back into a human

People can't stay amd at the creators since they never ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ added Jade and Sektor. people are also begging for Sareena but not many people care about Sareena, Smoke, rain, Sindel and Baraka are the highly requested characters to be in Kombat Pack 2.
