I have weaker card and works. Your game propably launches on integrated.

Nvidia Quadro series are not made for gaming. You are better with a low spec card from the geforce series than a with a quadro.

Quadro cards are meant for CAD/Maya/3Dsoftwares workstations.

Your video card is well below the minimum specs for the game, I'm afraid. There is no "fix," though it is possible you can get the game to run, it likely will not run well or with any kind of reliable stability.
