Is Mortal Kombat XL same as the Premium Edition? Or are they going to be different things?

Right now, it looks like they are. I have a feeling once XL is released, premium edition will be gone. Do you have any of the DLC yet, or just the game?

But my point here is that they are charging the same price for both, I think the Premium Edition owners should be allowed to get the XL for free because they aready paid the price for it

That's WB for you... always trying to make that extra buck. If you bought the premium edition from Steam, you could probably just refund it, and then buy XL on the 4th for the same price.

free free free free...everysingle day there is a comment about KP2 and that it should be free...you've just bought mkx premium...1,7hs of game play only ...probably on a grey key reseller...ohh wait but WB should give you the new content for free......

The Premium Version (pre-order in my case) was the base game + KP1 + all the related skins . That was all . And considering that i bough the game almost 2 years ago spending ONLY 10usd now is nothing .

Dude, you should have asked before buying the game. if you bought it on steam for 40 bucks, refund it and buy mkxl(full package) on oct 4th. If you got premium edition in a key store, you can buy kombat pack 2 for 10 bucks if you want to. netcode update and pit arena are free for everyone.

No. The Premium Edition is the base game and the first Kombat Pack.
