Bought the unlock all krypt items

and I do not seem to have all the krypt items, the skins , fatalities etc, do you have to do something to activate it?

I don't known but if you bought it,you will get all the brutalities moves for common characters(no dlc) and the moves for fatalities.It unlocks contest that you can get using the koins from the game for free. you can refund it,Even you bought Mortal kombat XL it has 3 dlcs missing Blue Steel Sub Zero,Crisom Ermac and Kosplay pack. Maybe if uncheck and check the box from kript dlc and restart Steam will solve it.
