Kitana: how to fan throw after rising fan

How do I df1 after doing db2 or ex db2? Its the only combo I cant do

looks like he kick cancels into the fan move,so i assume kitanas 3 is cancelable into db2,you just need to get the timing right.

Not really, timing is irrelevant, its the easiest case ever, just cancellable moves, presseverything as fast as you can and it will que up.

you need to do the enhanced version of df1
db2 , ex df1
ex db2 ex df1

Ok that worked, but it doesn’t look like that was necessary in the video? They used ex fan rise, but the fan throw didn’t consume a meter

that video is from 2015 ,and the game got so many patches after that . Thats why there is no need of doing the meter burn version of the fan throw in that particular video

Basically ignore any video older than october 4th 2016 .
