XL packs characters are locked

But i have Mortal Kombat XL. How to fix this?

check the dlc list and make sure that all the the boxes are marked and instaled or uncheck and check the boxes again.sometimes you have to restart the Steam.

Somehow in list of dlcs i have klassic fatalities and cold war scorpion only

There are no xl dlcs in list, but in game i see the loading picture "MORTAL KOMBAT XL"

So you bought only the base game,Cold war Scorpion and Klassic Fatalies are free Dlcs as The New Stage The Pit,Classic Sub Zero,Classic Ermac and Classic Reptile.

The Game itself is MKXL becouse it has all the updates,now you have to ask him the keys to unlock kombat pack 1 and kombat pack 2 or you buy the XL bundle.
