Key bindings - Cannot bind, already in use by other player?

I've seen a few people here who have this problem with unable to set key bindings and not able to work around, I had the same problem, but I found a workaround -

If you are, for example trying to map the up-key to player 1, it will say the key is already in use by player 2. So you remap player-2's up key to something else, but it STILL says it's in use by player 2! The problem is, that when it checks if the other player is "using" the key, it checks all 4 profiles, not just the selected one! So you have to free up that key in every profile before it becomes available to use on the first player.

A bit annoying, but I was able to get it working!
